changing back to an attribute

in Working with GS (PC)

Hello everyone and thanks again to all the helpers.
These are my questions:

  1. Is the a way to make a condition that changes an attribute and when it comletes it changes it back or to something else ?
  2. How do I make one rule to be prior to anther one ?

    1. What do you mean by "when it completes?" Can you give an example?
    2. Rules fire in order from top to bottom. To make one rule fire first, place it above another rule.
