Is anyone willing to help me with my new quiz game called The Random Quiz? If so, tell me in the discussion. I would appreciate the help and I am concerned I would not be able to finish my game without someone ti give credit to other than myself.

Maybe your name is putting people off from offering assistance?
As a GS Guru... people might think you should already know everything about GS, so are afraid to offer aid in case its not up to your level of knowledge?
or maybe it's just that people in general does not work on other peoples projects for free...
It might help if you said exactly what kind of help you'd like, art assets, programming, testing, marketing... etc.
I am happy to help, but as @JSproject notes, not for free. If you post specific questions in the forums you will get replies - and help for free - but if you want someone to guide you through the creation of your project and provide in-depth one-on-one assistance, you must expect to be paying them for it.
Im not sure this giy is for real.
He made a recent post that just said "hey". I made a stupid....very vague comment about vector to angles. Lol. He want s to help me. It was a joke and it was closed.

Members here come in all flavors: people with a great deal of programming skills or hardly any, people with game design/development backgrounds or none, younger and older people, etc. I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to helping them but I also keep a close watch when there is a pattern of misuse of the forums (I'm not saying that has occurred yet).

Asking for free help on the forums is generally looked down upon. We answer small logic questions, but building entire games or mechanics is something that most would do when paid for their time.

Many people on this forum care, including me. It may just help if you going into more detail about the help you need. Asking for effects is vague.

Check out http://www.openclipart.org for a large selection or 100% free artwork, that should get you started.
There's a variety of programs available. Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, Gimp, just to name a few. Research which works best for your needs
Gimp needs iLivid. iLivid is really suspicious.
