Cannot generate app from Gamesalad due to error message

Hi all,

I am trying to generate my app from the gamesalad website. I uploaded the game via creator, filled in all the appropriate fields, and then clicked generate app. I wanted several minutes and came back and I immediately see "There is something wrong with our servers. Contact us and reference publish request [5ffb0948-f18b-4790-9bf7-7cf840f87d22]. "

Therefore with this error, I cannot sign the app because I can't download it. Is anyone else having this problem or anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

    Contact support. There is something wrong with your account on the backend. Also if there are any spaces in your username remove them.
