Long Wait Launching Game

Hi,
There is a long pause and black screen before my Android game loads. Any suggestions for improving this?
Also do the number of scenes that a game has affect this?

    Did you add any splash screens in the GS publisher? Since you are pro...GS doesnt provide one for you and if you dont add one you get a....long pause...black screen. Make sure you have a splash screen for ALL device types

    Mine have started doing this. I think its Chartboost.
