Cant log into Chartboost?!

Hey guys,

I cant seem to log into chartboost. And when I click on "forgot password" it says email does not exist, even though I know for sure its the right email and password. Please help me, have I been banned and or hacked? I see no reason that I would be banned though.

    Best thing you can do is contact chartboost support to see whats going on.

    @HappyGOLUCKY, did they sort your issue out in the end?, ive got the same issue, just wondering about time frames as been waiting for a reply to mine for days now...
