Gamesalad viewer loading problem

I installed the GameSalad Viewer and it connects to gamesalad but when i preview on iPad it cofigures all of the files then goes to the loading page and doesn't load on either devices. Please help!

    Make sure you have the versions matched. Creator version matched with viewer version.

    They are the same version 12.10

    It's kind of hard to help without actually seeing the issue. I would recommend just skip using the GS viewer and create an Ad Hoc build. Much better results and you can see how it will actually look and feel in the app store.
