Music doesn´t work...

Hi guys.

Mi problem is: I can introduce the .M4A file on my game (the onlye game that GM aacept as music, not sound) and Gamesalad show it up on "Music comand behaviour" but it doesn´t works... I even can pulse "Play and Stop" on library menu, but I can´t hear the music. (The command "Souns" with .Wav and .Ogg works perfect).

Can anybody help me? thanks!

I don't know a lot about the Windows version sound bugs, but you may want to try and re-convert the file to a m4a again, or try importing it as mp3, and selecting it to be music when the conversion prompt pops up.

    HI.
I use windows but can't get any sound out at all, in creator, no matter what file type I use.
I think it has been mentioned before that If previewed on the target device, it will work but I've not tried so I don't know.
I'll just carry on developing my game in a silent world :'(

I've never heard of that, no sound at all. Maybe you should report it as a bug.

I will, if I try everything possible and it still doesn't work.
It might be my geriatric laptop, it would rather wear slippers and play bingo these days than play games.
And I think its processor has got Alzheimer's :D

Also make sure you have the codec installed on your laptop for playing m4a files. That has happened before in the past with some people.

I did try that but I ain't really up on these things so it didn't work first time and I gave up :\
Its possible thats what it is, I'm in no hurry, I'll get there eventually.
    Thanks for that @SlickZero :)
