Error

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hey guys I have have look and tried to fix this problem and I have gotten no help or found anything and I have asked this question for a second time and hope someone can tell me what the solution to this error is.

I have tried uploading my game to iTunes Connect through application loader and it seems to work until an error pops up and says :ERROR ITMS-90020: "This bundle is invalid. it does not contain a.app bundle, which must be a readable directory."

I am not trying to be rude and annoying it just that I have no idea what this means and I am panicking that my app would never be on the AppStore.
