[Solved] *Urgent* please answer my support ticket

Please have a look at my support tickets and fix my "pro" issue as I need to update my game and unable to do so.

It's already been a day thats been wasted, I need to make new builds for Android and iOS and thats not possible with the current issues I am facing.

    Most big companies here have at least one person working the weekends... I figured/hoped GS would be the same
