Trivia Game Help!!!

Does anyone know how to make a trivia game. If I put 1 correct answer button on and 3 incorrect buttons on, it always registers the incorrect buttons and not the correct. Anyone?

    You're going to have to give more details I'm afraid.

    Is it like 'Who wants to be a Millionaire'? Sounds like it, with four possible answers to a question...

    If so, what are you putting in your actors? What logic is happening in there?
