After the latest update, mine iAd banners started to appear on top at Ipad but on the phones there still at the bottom where in want them to be. Anyone else with this problem?

Unfortunetly, this is a bug in the latest release. It does state this in the release notes found here:

You can publish it with the latest RC version 0.13.5. The bug is fixed on that one.
Just remember, it is a Release Candidate and not a stable build.
