Change color of text

in Working with GS (PC)

I know that you should be able to change color of text by using color selector in the display text behavior but for me it only shows the text when I use black or white. If I change for example Red to 1 instead of 0 nothing shows anymore. Is this a bug or is it just me being stupid?

    Does this still happen if you make a new blank project and try it there ?

    What exactly are you changing when trying a new blank project that makes it disappear ?

    What I did is: I made a new project, created an actor with a display text behavior. In that behavior you can change color and that's what I did.

    Oh and I made sure the actor was in the middle of the screen.

    What did you change the colour to ?

    Tried several colors but only 000 and 255255255 showed text

    I can change the background of the scene to whatever color I like

    Just clicking the 'colorbox' and pointing one with my mouse

    I don't know why this would make your text disappear, it may well be a bug, but it's not one I've heard others report ?

    Could it be something with the Blending Mode of the actor?

    That's what I thought, which is why I asked if he could make new project/actor.

    I've been playing around with it a bit and I found out it isn't only black or white. I can make more colors but I can only use 255 or 0 for the RGB values, any other values don't show. Maybe this makes sense to someone?
