Apple have announced that all independent developers are to be granted sole rights to publishing on the app store for the foreseeable future.
All major developers are on complete lock-out as from the 1st of April and will not be allowed to publish even the most smallest of apps, just in case it risks the chances of monetisation for the little guys.
So I hope you have a very profitable April at the expense of major players.........
