problems uploading to android and apple

I have been trying to publish to android and apple for a week now with no success. GS support, while knowledgable and helpful, has not been able to help resolve my issues yet; I'll keep trying. The hardest part is corresponding by email, having to wait 1-3 days for a response. When I send a support ticket, I'll wait for a response, when it arrives I try the suggested remedy. When it doesn't work, I have to write again, and wait again. GS need a system to resolve support issues faster.
