I did a test purchase Darren and it threw up these email address, im not sure if you can trace either of them through sales on your site? They must have made recent purchases to obtain the files as some are new releases.

OMG Lordy there are active members even taking credit for the creator as though they are working hard to make GS a more stable product!
Well if they're masquerading as GameSalad themselves, this should get interesting! Though it looks like they've just copied/pasted swathes of the blog.

It also shows a fantastic effort on @DeepBlueApps behalf to keep not only his property...his but also benefited GS as they were taking potential customers away from them. Thanks 3rd party people.

@gingagaming I did a search for transonmta@gmail.com and yes he purchased everything from DBA from the middle to the end of March this year.

What a nightmare this is.
They're on GoDaddy, so it will be easier if multiple copyright holders complain simultaneously, but everyone will need to follow Go Daddy's DMCA procedures:

We can go after them for trademark infringement but not copyright because they don't seem to be distributing anything of ours per se.
I did file a fraud report with PayPal after signing up and getting a hold of the account they're using to collect funds, so hopefully that slows them down. As of right now it doesn't look like there is much in the way of purchase activity.
There's a single account with 1300+ posts and no other account with more than half a dozen posts so it's clearly automated. Glad to hear there aren't any/many purchases happening.

And yeah, they have lifted a ton of WordPress themes from ThemeForest, so I expect there will be a bunch of angry IP holders coming after them.

unbelievable honestly this is the worst thing that i've saw in these years... this guy have stolen my game templates and resold it in these website for less...that's unbelievable...
What kind of person could make this action??? i'm very worried about this situation...
