New Testflight wait time is terrible

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I was wondering if others had similar frustrations with the review process of the new test flight, I will have my next build ready by the time it clears review...
Are any of you using a different alternative for beta testing?

    I don't like the wait, but overall I'm okay with the system in iTunes connect. It seems more difficult for the developer but easier for the testers.

    @Braydon_SFX is it just the first upload that has the long wait, or will every small update need to go through a long approval process?

    @Braydon_SFX @izam while I upload an update and it awaits approval, can testers continue playing the previous version or is it removed?

    They continue to use the older version until the new one is approved.

    That's good, something I saw someone else say made it sound otherwise, my app is in review right now, hope I get lucky and it goes quick
