Help optimizing project performance

Does PRO membership include the ability to have a GS staff member take a deeper look at your project and point out general ways to improve performance? I've been trying for ages to optimize loading times and prevent crashes, and can't seem to figure out a solution, but I of course don't want to upload the project publicly.
My game isn't terribly complex so I think there's hope, and I'm hoping that upgrading to PRO again and contacting tech support would be a possible route for this.

There are several well-known third-party services available for app development and support. They are listed below the videos at http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/79005/new-gs-user-hope-this-makes-you-feel-welcome/p1.
A Pro license gives you access to GS Staff for support but I don't know that optimizing and preventing crashes is necessarily something they can help with:
@tatiang thank you for this--very helpful and I will look into it. My assumption is that load times are mostly a graphics issue as opposed to number of rules/actors?
