Table Cell Values

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi,
I know I can use line breaks in the Display Text behavior using \n, but when I tried that in my table it didn't work. I assume it's because the cells are just holding places for whatever I type in there. I searched and read on this subject further, but didn't find anything pertaining to this.
Is there any way to have the text in a table cell to include a line break?

    In your table cell use Option + Return for you line breaks.

    Edit: I just tested it and \n and \r seem to work just fine too.

    This would help a lot with selecting long pieces of dialogue from a table.

    @jamie_c thanks. I'll have to try that again when I get home. Hopefully I wasn't using the slash the wrong way

    I noticed you mentioned an Option button. Is that on a Mac?

    @DocJ, Option is a Mac thing, I think it is the Alt button on a PC but I'm not 100% sure.

    @jamie_c . Since my program doesn't seem to work on my laptop that runs Windows 8, I'll have to wait until I get to my desk tomorrow ( that one runs Windows 7 ). That wastes more time than anything

    Ok....figure out what I was doing wrong. I was using a Forward slash instead of a Back slash. Duh! :/
