Chartboost account is locked

hi everyone, about a month ago i got a random email from chartist stating "We noticed invalid activity on some or all of your Chartboost apps that is in violation of the Chartboost Terms and Conditions.

Your publishing capabilities have been turned off and you will not be receiving payment of your earnings balance.

If you believe there have been no violations on your account please respond to this email with any information you think would help within 30 days."

i have replied to them to see what is going on, telling them i have done nothing wrong, which i haven't.

has anyone else had this problem as i would like to have my account back.

    Probably to late I had the same issue I wrote them 5 minutes after I got the mail.

    Chartboost is my main revenue source and they had hold 5000 USD when they did this to me. Because my CTR was much to high compare to my IR. Because I had a lot of accidental clicks. But I could understand how it came to this numbers and they unlocked it again. Their support is really good and they take the time to talk with you if your really invested.

    I did write back to them soon after i got the email, i thought i would bring it up on here now

    Maybe you can ask @Dan_Chartboost

    I had an issue with my account and he resolved the issue immediately!

    Hey @EclipseGamers - I would recommend continuing your conversation with our fraud team. Fraud is taken extremely seriously within Chartboost and you would have to resolve your issues directly with that department.

    Hi @Dan_Chartboost I have sent multiple emails, but no one will help me. they just tell me to review the terms & conditions. which i have and thats it.

    Did you reward your users to click on interstitial ads or to watch interstitial videos?

    Did you get installs for an app that wasn't published. Was your install to click ratio close to 1:1.
