Start by Googling doodle jump gamesalad for a list of tutorials and links to templates.
I still cant find it
@Georgeolnians, If I Google "Gamesalad Doodle Jump" the very first thing that comes up is a link to a free template... try it out.
I don't understand code
@Georgeolnians, if that is the case I suggest starting simply learning Gamesalad, following some basic tutorials and learning the basics inside and out. Once you have done that and you have an understanding of how the engine works and what each behavior does you can tackle your first game. Just my 2 cents.
I know how gamesalad works but the templates come in code which I don't know
By "code" do you mean rules and behaviors? That's part of learning how to use GameSalad. If the templates are too advanced for you then you may want to start with something simpler than a Doodle Jump clone.
can u just tell me how to randomly spawn pads in front of the actor that's all I want to now
No, I'm sorry, I'm not going to do that when there are already videos that explain how to do it. Here's one such result from a Google Search:

I have worked how to spawn the pads now but they keep on overlapping each other
