Score and lives attributes

I can not figure out how to properly work the score and lives attribute. after the first scene the score and lives don't work properly. and advice would be awesome. And I would pay someone if they could call me and help me figure this out.

    You'll need to provide a better explanation of what is/is not happening in order for someone to offer help.
