Animation glare effect?

Within the last 5 seconds of this video, there is a glare effect that scans across the game title text.

The only way I can think of to pull this off in Gamesalad, is with the animation behavior... Would this behavior be the most effective tool for this glare effect or is there another way that I'm not seeing?

Thanks :)

Yes, i'd say that was done with frames of animation.

Yup, animation. That will be what they used in the video as well.

Thats exactly how I would do it gamesalad!!!!!! Layers and simply move behavior. Easy.

That is a great way to solve it. If the "Cube Coala" (or whichever text you use) would have been single color then you could even skip the extra overlay image, make the text transparent, and use a colored actor to fill the text (same basic principle with layers but getting rid of an extra image).
