Go PRO doesn´t work
Hi,
I have the Pro membership and i want to extend the membership.
After I have entered my information and
"Confirm your order" confirm I will not be forwarded and the payment can
not done.
Has anyone ever had the same mistake by order?

If you've created a support ticket, then you should hear back within a few days.
yes...i hear in a few days of the support.
but tomorrow i loose my portfolio if i does´t renew my membership.
dapion, I'm looking for the ticket now. FYI, you won't lose access to your portfolio, you'll just lose access to the pro features. See you on the ticket!

A big thanks to the support of GameSalad!
And my little review ...
After my problem described above I had just repeatedly contact with the support. It took 30 minutes and "Dallon" could limit the error.
Ultimately, it was a mistake on my part by enter the address which did not match with the credit card.
Everything is fine now :-)
As i said, once again a big thanks to "Dallon" and @adent42 from GS.
Therefore, I like GS
