Is the Application Loader down?

Since yesterday I'm no longer able to upload my apps to iTunes with the application loader. Is it only at my end or is it an error with Apple?

    Thanks Thunder_Child for your answer. Apple fixed the problem with my account now.

    BTW: Any news about the MAC Appstore tutorial?
