Is ios testing free for gamesalad ?

I just bought an iphone , for testing purposes ! and i dont know anything about ios , i read threads about ios testing going free, but i read other posts that said its free for swift only ( i dont understand that) , so is it free for gamesalad users ? or do you still need a 99 $ developer account?

    It will be free with the newest version of Xcode. I don't think it's been officially released yet, though I may be mistaken.
