How to make actor jump every time it reaches ground while holding key in?

Hi.
Im right now making a game like geometry dash kinda jumping game.
And i need to figure out how i make the actor jump once it reaches the floor every time while i have my key (spacebar) pressed?

    This tutorial might help, it's based on Geometry Dash and uses the Spacebar for jumping.
