Leaderboard doesn't show in my game

Hi, I'm having problems with the Leaderboard.
I made a button to press with Platform-Show Leaderboard. I also registered the ID to IOS and gamecircle.
But I checked it out in IOS beta test, the Leaderboard screen doesn't shows up, my app also got rejected because the Leaderboard didn't show up. is this GS error or did I do something wrong?
I checked in Amazon and Google play it's working very fine.

    Beta testing the Leaderboards for iOS devices requires to be done with a "Sandbox" Game Center User Profile...it's kind of complicated.

    I try registering it said "That email address is already associated with an existing Apple ID."

    I don't see an option that I can add myself. Don't i get Sandbox if i'm the admin?

    I don't think it needs to be re-registered. It just needs to be activated. On your iOS device open SETTINGS, scroll down to GAME CENTER, and in there towards the bottom should be a developer section. There will be two choices, SANDBOX and LOGGING. I've yet to use Logging, but I use Sandbox all the time. Once you turn that on, you might have to re-create a username for the Sandbox (I just re-used my GC ID). Then when you log in, it will show "sandbox" on the status bar when the GC login screen.
