Has anyone tried working with another Gamesalad member?

Like in a team, with you being the leader.
If so, how was it?
How did you communicate, did you guys use Skype or some other form of communication.
How did you split the income revenue?

I have some pretty promising ideas, and I'm quite sure I can't pull them off by working alone, I'd probably need a team of at least 3 people working part time for 6 months and maybe a minimum capital of around $10k for some freelancer jobs.

I've worked with freelancers in the past, and it was a really cool experience.

Your thoughts?

    Lots of people have. Though it wasn't just a way to get people to pitch in money one ideas. We actually shared the work load.
