Looks like "I'm cured"

Post OP visit to Dr went well today...Dr still recommends another 3-4 weeks off work. No lifting above 15lbs or lifting arms above shoulders..

Heres a few x-rays showing my "fix"

    Lol. Some funny jokes ya'll...that is a plate holding two vertebrae together and instead of cartiledge its bone from a dead person...all held together so those verts fuse together. I had a compressed disk since 1995 after hitting a steering wheel at 50mph when I hit a stopped car in the middle of the highway fast lane at 4:30am in a rain storm...and no seatbelt. and finally have insurance to take care of it.

    Side note...always wear your seatbelt.
