Convert From Pc to Mac

Hi I want to convert my Pc files to Mac. I look for deep blue but can't see any convert thing. Basically my windows computer crash and i can't open it. So i want to continue my work on mac but i need to convert my PC files.

    @Bellow, I'm pretty sure if you just re-name the project with the ".gameproj" extension instead of whatever Windows adds it will open in the Mac version just fine.
