Does anyone know why Sensor Tower hasn't updated my game?

Well I've updated my game & Sensor Tower hasn't changed anything .. it's been 42 days since Sensor Tower has made any changes .. but I've sent out 3 updates in that time period

    Do you have a paid account or just one free ride?

    I have one app listed for free and they send me the bs email everyday that says it's not even in the top 1,000! :D

    What do expect for free?
