Student game, looking for feedback

we are high school students and this is one of our first games! If anyone could please test it out and give some feedback that'd be amazing. Thank you!

    1. Using the space key to shoot is awkward. Why not the mouse button?
    2. I ran out of bullets really quickly.
    3. I can't seem to jump to the next platform.
    4. The health counts down so slowly that there's no challenge. I left it running while I was typing all of this and I'm still alive.
    5. My health can go negative... is there no way to lose?

    Now, my games are not perfect, but this is kinda bad. I have the feeling that the graphics are hurting my eyes, and some platforms are going everywhere, i'm not in high school, but I believe I made better, needs a lot of work...
