Create Your Own Characters?

Hello,

I am a junior high teacher and would like to teach my students how to create their own characters for games. Is there a website or software that you can create your own characters - choose a hair color, wardrobe, body style, etc... and save your character to be used in your game?

What's the best way to teach junior high students how to create their own characters?

You are probably looking for free software to pose 2d characters in animated poses?

Have a look at DragonBones and Synfig Studio

Both are open source.
