Package does not contain Info.plist

Hello All,

OK build my game which did get up to Itunes connect already I might add but I need the stretch feature. Generated a new app new version number new build number exactly the same signed it. Published it as a ipa file made my Payloader directory zipped that turned that into .ipa uploaded it with APP loader and I get "package does not contain an Info.plist" any answers your the best!! From what I understand this is a wrong message form itunes it has something to do with the version and build number ????

Once you have an ipa you shouldn't need a payload folder. Doing the folder method is for starting with a .app file.

Okay so try doing it the other way. Download a .app version and put it in the Payload folder zip it and turn that into an ipa. Did you version up the build if you already submitted another?

If not contact support via the blue bubble so they can check to ensure the publishing system is working correctly for you. :)

Are you using a distribution profile? did you enter a three space build number 1.0.0? Make sure to hit return and the numbers get saved. I just published a .app and checked the contents and I do see the info playlist and all the data contained looks in order.

Yes I have all this but I am curious how do you see if the .infoplist is in order?

Once you disturb the .app it will invalidate the signature but if you right click on it, then select show contents from the popup list it will open the file and reveal the contents. The info playlist will be there.

Not sure, I've never had this issue. Do you have the most updated version of app loader and is your Xcode updated?
