build the APK
Enable Sideloading (http://www.lovemyfire.com/side-loading-apps-on-kindle-fire.html)
email yourself a copy of the APK file, or (what I do) use a file explorer, like ES File Explorer, and hook it into dropbox, then you just wait for the file to sync, touch it and choose install
