Only Pro user can install .apk files?

Hello everyone! I have a problem.

Although I can publishing Android, Sign APK and download .apk files, I can't install the game in my phone, If I am still use free trial or basic?

Only Pro user can install .apk files?
If I want to install the .apk files, it must occur parse error?

    Only pro members can publish working builds for ad hoc or distribution. You can use the viewer.

    Not even sure what that means. As a basic member you are limted to using the viewer for device testing. To be able to sign apps you must be a pro user.
