Native Preview (when you push "Play"), not working.

I download the new GS creator version for Windows 10.

At the begining I thought it was an "Image problem" because when I push play (native preview), all actors show up White (as no image). But now I´m trying even with old games already published and what I see is that the "Native preview" is like frozzen. No sound, no bottoms working, and all actors show up Without its image.

Any idea what could be the problem?
I'm tyred to try things...
