Hi, I am working on a game that has a car and I want it to look like the car has suspension on the wheels when it hits the ground. How would I do this?
Suspension has got to do with the bounciness of the car when it hits the ground. You could adjust your restitution to something lower like...0.5. That will reduce the bounciness when the landing happens.
Also when a car hits the ground, there is a temporary loss of speed/velocity till acceleration picks up again.
