I am a college teacher and i cant get the education discount!?!?

Greetings,
for the past couple of years I was using studica to get the 50% discount as an educator for gamesalad.
now I cant use studica, but I submit to gamesalad directly the EXACT same information that I gave to studica and I am declined from the discount!? why is that? is it because I'm a teacher in Japan? is it because my information isn't in English? (I wrote into the JPG file what everything means) is it because the rules have gotten more strict? id really like to get the discount again if I can so I hope someone can help!

    @nowherejay, you can also contact support directly with the little blue talk bubble at the bottom of the screen (here on the website). I'm sure they will be able to set you up.
