Published Game issue.

So I made my game and everything works how it's supposed to and to my liking. So I published it to the Arcade so that I can see it and play it and test it and make sure everything works before I decide to make it for mobile.
The issue is, when I played the game, it was nothing but a black screen with only the Text portion being shown. No images, no player actors, but everything still worked the same as it would if there was images being shown. is there a reason for this? Something that I missed on the creator?

arcade and html5 is buggy its not how you test your game neither
You either make an adhoc version of play via the game salad viewer
How would I do that? Would I end up having to remake the whole thing?
