I finally managed to finish my first game and I really hope you guys will like it!
MANY THANKS TO @jamie_c @BBEnk @Socks @Thunder_Child (and probably some others I forgot, sorry!) for all your great tutorials and forum posts which really helped me getting started and answered all my questions without even having to post on the forum!
So here goes, my game is MiloTheCat Surf Challenge and is now available for iOS and Android. It's a paid app so you will find below some promo codes for those who would like to test it.

Some Feedback;
When you fall off a platform it takes a very long time before the Fail screen shows.
I can change music tracks but there's no option to turn the music off.

Amazing first game.
Great colour palette. Visually lovely design. Audio is nice too.
. Couldn't really grasp the mechanics and rotate part.
When you fall through a gap it takes just slightly too long to actually die.
I will play a bit more to test the mechanics.

Played for awhile. Can't finish first level but I think I get it.

I forgot to reduce the time for Fail screen to appear when player falls (some jumps on some levels need 2-3 seconds so I guess I can reduce by 1 or 1.5 seconds). BTW I downloaded your 5 drops game and gave it a 5 stars review

@Toque Thanks and yes after testing my game with some friends (although a lot of them are not mobile players) the feedback I get is that the game might be a bit too hard. I think I will complete the tutorial on the first level with the tips I gave on my website (the signs at the end of each platform indicate if you have to jump or rotate). Anyway thank you very much for taking the time to test it!
