You need to create a test account and buy the item through that.
There's info on how to do it in the publishing guides in the cookbooks. That said, it's very easy to miss that they're there. @ForumNinja@adent42 Perhaps clearer signposting to them from the GS publishing portal?
After inputting my test account what setting do I input for the Testing Response and how long do I have to wait till the settings take effect? So far all attempts have resulted in the same message
