Looks great and the controls are perfect. Sound is also quite fitting.
Tried it on the oldest slowest Android device I have and it runs and handles just fine.

Two small suggestions:
The sudden onset of wind unfairly messes me up though. Maybe it can slowly ramp up in strength - or give a slight early warning before starting?
Some of the blue drops on the blue background clash a bit, making them hard to see. I think the drops also need an outline to be consistent with the design, and to be more visible.
