Incoming Calls Freezing Game on all Gamesalad games

Noticing that on all recently released games, an incoming call is freezing the game @adent42 @ForumNinja

Yeah, looks like it is actually all Gamesalad games, meaning a recent Apple update must have caused it

Yeah I think it has been around for a bit now, definitely overdue for a fix, should be top priority.
