Native Preview Not Working, Just a Grey Screen

This is all I see now. It used to work.

I have Windows 10 with 12GB RAM, NVIDIA GTX950M and I know the specs can handle it just fine. It was working before. I just paid for everything and I hope to make a game soon.

I installed the new driver updates and did an uninstall, reinstall of GameSalad. What do I do next? It still isn't working.

Please help me. I've been searching the forums for 14 hours now.

    Yeah, this is a known problem. Sorry to hear your computer got infected with the Win10 virus. It's a tough one to crack and get rid of.

    got it fixed by Alex from GS Support! something to do with the .net framework messing up when i first installed. win10 is a mistake i regret entirely.
