Weird picture error

idk whats going on but when i add pictures they become super streched and it cant be the size because im sure thats exact

    make sure your images are set at 72dpi

    Have you set the height and width of the actor?

    yes i have its the exact hieght

    you don't need to use photoshop just open in Mac preview and then select tools and adjust size...set resolution to 72 pixels/inch make sure resample image is NOT ticked then save.
