    It's a good approximation of the original. I would think Atari might not be thrilled with it...

    One recommendation I have is to change the left-side control so that instead of being able to teleport by tapping far away from your ship, the ship just moves towards that point when you tap.

    love defender!! The sounds are imprinted in my brain. Iconic.
    There are no clones I could find in the store.

    I think Williams went belly up and midway owns defender. But I would have to google that.

    @tatiang thanks for your feed back and control suggestion, thats what I wanted to do, but i couldn't work out the code to do it. Apple and Google are pretty strict with other people IP's, then didn't have a problem with it. I had a fall back logo and name if they did.

    It's more based on an old TRS-80 called Penetrator.

    @Toque I never really checked to see if there where other clones, I just code what I enjoy.

    @jamie_c Hehehe, i hope some one makes a stink and it get some free publicity :)
