Having trouble publishing my App

Just published my App and its missing half the screen. I cant seem to change it. Its on iPhone 5 portrait. Is there a way to change it so it works on all devices. And if not is there a way to open 2 game salads at once so i can transfer it all

    You might want to read up on universal builds. It sounds like you may have chosen the wrong scene size.

    yeah i did but it didnt help and there is no link. I will literally pay someone $5 to do it
