Splash Screen missing in iPhone X

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I believe current resolutions in GameSalad Publishing platform are not compatible with iPhone X and this is causing the problem. Splash screens loads in all other iOS devices, including iPhone 5c and iPad.
Anyone has another clue or knows if this will be solved?

    they are on thanksgiving holiday, we will wait at least one more week to support iPhone X, properly.

    I really don't think we will have support for iPhone X this year because they are working on the web version of game salad.

    EDIT!!!

    Just looked at my portfolio Game salad have added iPhone X support!!!! go nuts people we can update our games for iPhone X!!!
