Looping Backgrounds

I'm having trouble figuring out how to loop my background. I made the height as big as I can, and set it to tile to simulate looping. However, after a while, the background will disappear. I couldn't figure out how to fix the problem, and was wondering if it was possible to infinite loop the background automatically.

    I don't have much experience with that but have you Googled loop background gamesalad? There are several videos that look promising.
